His work is careful and thorough and he is always willing to discuss any particular requirements as they occur. Communications were excellent and any questions answered within a day. He is punctual, polite and friendly and always cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the session. Hugh is very easy to have around and does an excellent job. Highly recommended!

Good job done of the under sink plumbing and fixing a couple of taps, one of which was very resistant to being taken apart. So very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend his service.
