  Fantastic work carried out on my bungalow by J.Smith property maintenance . Joe arrived on time and carried out all works to a high standard and left my property clean and tidy. My once gloomy bungalow now looks fantastic, lots of compliments from my neighbours too. Thank you Joe and Jade.

  Joe and his team impressed me from quote through to completion. They were quick to respond, quote and start work. Initially we hoped to repair the roof but Joe was honest that this may not be possible. He kept me informed via phone/video/photo everyday. (I live overseas). When it was clear the repair wasn't possible and it would be better to replace the whole roof, Joe offered a fair price for the work comparable with other tradespeople. I wouldn't hesitate to use Joe and his team again. The house looks great and the work needed was done as quickly as possible.

  Very professional family business, Joe talked through all guttering needs front and back of property, Also talked through other concerns I had regarding waterproofing windows and painting front and back . All jobs were excepted and price agreed. Jobs were started within 2days and and completed within 6days. I was kept informed of daily progress and any issues encountered. A friendly team that got on with job and I would definitely recommend them.
