    As I finished unpacking after a hit and arduous journey from Salisbury the door of my flat shut and the lock set shut. I was trapped! I called Keytek and the responder was helpful immediately. Lee arrived within the expected time frame and unlocked the door, identified the problem and fixed it to prevent recurrence. Prompt best value service - and he turned my frown upside down with his friendly good humour.
