  I wanted my drains cleared.

  I was called immediately and spoke to a lovely lady called Erin who was extremely professional and friendly. I've got a chap coming tomorrow, so sadly, I can't leave full review. However from the pricing, which was highly competitive and professionalism shown, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

  CCTV rod survey with full report in relation to vermin infestation.

  I was told over the phone that the cost for a half a day CCTV rod survey with full report would be £270 (including VAT). This was not the cheapest I had been quoted but I was assured in conversation that this would fully satisfy the job I required. After they took payment they visited the next day and were prompted. The technician was at my home for 10 minutes and it took over a week to receive the report which had only a few sentences. I complained in relation to this and no resolution was agreed. I’d avoid and not use again.
