    I called Mark when I realised I was unable to lock my front door. He took my details & arrived within 30 minutes of my call. He thoroughly examined the lock & realising he couldn't repair it replaced it with a brand new one. He thoroughly checked, tightened & oiled every part of the door. He made sure that it was working perfectly before he left & advised me to call him if I had any further problems. He was prompt, helpful & friendly. I would certainly recommend him.
