Opening my safe which was inoperable
10Tom arrived promptly and managed to correct the problem as well as fitting new batteries. He was extremely quick and offered to help if there was anything else he could do for me.

10Fast, quick and reliable , I called in the morning as we had lost the key to our door , they came within the same day as it was not an emergency and changed our lock and gave us plenty of new keys .

10Verified ReviewI thought the deadbolt had kicked in or the lock was damaged, but after sending a picture to Tom at Lockfit he said that there was no need for a call out and it was simply that the recess for the key had spun around. He talked me through it and I managed to rectify the issue. We need more companies like Lockfit, they could have easily come out and charged for a repair or replacement. I wouldn't call anyone else if I ever needed a locksmith again, a very helpful and decent company/person. Brilliant, thanks for your help Tom, and I will also recommend you if ever I have the reason to. Thanks
