    Great, friendly and professional. When I reached out for a quote, Lukasz visited and spent about 50 minutes with me working out what my requirements were, what was physically possible and how they could achieve my desired result. His knowledge certainly came across. When the work started the wider team were efficient, finished everything to a high standard and, most importantly, within the timeframe/budget.     Absolutely excellent from start to finish! Communication was the thing that really stood out - clear, regular and I never felt silly for asking questions and checking anything. The renovators always turned up exactly when they said they would and worked solidly. There were regular check-ins about it and all requests were responded to very quickly. They were tidy, friendly and very professional. The quality of the work is really good. I would definitely use Luke Design and Build again. Really really good and I’m so glad I chose them!

Led by partners with experience in design, installation and decoration, we are committed to delivering high quality work, at reasonable prices and within agreed time frames. Our services are provided both on a one-time basis and as part of larger projects. Undertaking a home refurbishment project, whether it is a loft or basement conversion, an extension or even simply redoing the wardrobes is a commitment most people do not take lightly and neither do we.

After many years in the property refurbishment industry our goal is to live locally and work for local clients. In this way we are always nearby if anything will have to be sorted asap. Having a builder living next to you can save you stress in case something urgent pop out. During those years we had build relations with: the local architects, designers, structural engineers and merchants. This is to deliver the best service for our local clients.
