I like the fact that he takes the time to explain what has caused the problem and how he will deal with it. This time he replaced the filling valve on the toilet, and left everywhere clean and tidy.

Then he returned a few days later and replaced the hob with a new one I purchased. He is reliable and his work is clean and tidy. Always kept me informed of his arrival time. I would recommend Mauro to anyone.
