  • Replace concrete lintels

    Mike removed and replaced concrete lintels above both ground floor and first floor windows. He was always polite and very tidy, cleaning up both inside and out. The job took a little longer than first anticipated. Whilst the job required both inside and outside access Mike ensured that the house was always cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall we were really impressed with Mike's workmanship and customer service.

    We are very happy with the outcome. Mike did a neat job and removed all debris, leaving the room tidy. He did just as we asked. We hadn't met before and when he came to price up the job we liked his honest and straightforward manner. As a female homeowner who made the initial enquiry and was Mike's main contact for all subsequent communications about the job, I am pleased to report that he was both helpful, courteous and not remotely condescending. We will be asking Mike to quote for some future work at our property.

    Michael carried out groundwork’s for a 3-Bay Oak Framed Garage. Throughout the process he was very communicative, on-time and most importantly on budget! He has a great attention to detail which can be lost with other groundwork contractors. I would certainly enlist his services again

    Mike did a number of jobs for us at the start of our home renovation. First was to remove all old and plaster and artex from the walls. Second was to take down all ceilings. Third was to brick up a side door, raise the height of a window, and enlarge an existing window and install a catnic lintel ready for bi-folds. Mike was extremely hard working and approached the task with diligence and attention to detail. He got the house ready for plastering and the fitment of new builds and windows within 3 weeks. Price quoted was fair. Mike is now our go to for general building and ground works

I own all my own equipment including heavy machinery such as excavators and dumpers to suit any job. I prefer to meet and assess the job before providing a free quotation in order to get to know my customer and ensure all their requirements are met.
