  I reached out to nationwide property care ltd to get a quote for my roof Tommy quickly responded and came around and gave me a quote the quote was accepted Tommy and his team were very kind and friendly and kept us informed with everything the work was done very professionally I would definitely recommend and would use again thanks again guys

  I suggest you avoid or are very careful as the trader was deceptive, threatening, overcharged and wouldn’t take responsibility when there were problems only days after job completion. Bad job wouldn’t fix tiles that slipped after job completed. Over charged (total charged was over £1500 higher than quoted costs for the work, scaffolding and materials). Also charged £400 for rubbish removal but left piles of rubbish.

  Within a few weeks part of the "new" soffit fell off which was sorted within 1 week. However same issue 3 weeks ago, but more fell off! Since then been trying to get them to repair the poor work. Eventually got a 5 min visit today (saw via door-camera) only to find part still remains without any soffit! Compared to neighbours soffit/facia it looks a poor standard/quality. I've remained very reasonable here but chose to remove original review (8.5) as not representative of whole experience. Great sales pitch but really poor after-care. Can I get the same '10' rating service as last review!

  Tom and his colleagues were very friendly and knowledgeable. Once he had seen the extent of the damage after the scaffolding was erected, he classed our case as an emergency and got extra manpower for the very next day.
