    From the first day when I first got the quote to the last day of completion, I was spoken to with respect. The men came and just got on with the job went above and beyond it was fantastic. Unlike other builders, they didn’t nag me for upfront payment. I paid when I was happy and the job was completed. They took all the rubbish and cleaned up afterwards.

    I phoned Newstone Drives on Saturday. They asked me to text them my address, and said they would come on Monday to provide a quote. No-one arrived. I then called on Tuesday, and they said they'd come later that day. Again, no-one arrived and no-one called to say they wouldn't be able to make it. I understand people get busy, but making a commitment and then not even bothering to phone if you can't make it is just lack of common courtesy.

    I asked for a drive to be viewed on 15/5. After hearing nothing I called Newstone on 18/5 with no answer. I had an email saying Newstone was interested in the job on 19/5 but after hearing nothing I then called again on 22/5 and left a message. It is now 25/5 and there has still been no attempt to contact me. Very disappointed in this poor customer service.

Having been badly let down by a previous contractor, Newstone Drives restored our faith through their speedy responses, brilliant work ethic, high quality workmanship and friendly approach. The end result is wonderful, creating fantastic kerb appeal with a resin driveway , steps and path and a patio in the side return. I could not recommend this team more highly! Thank you!

  • We have been vetted and checked and also have really good feedback and reviews.

So please call or email us if you would like to request a free quote on your drive or patio, where Buddy will be happy to measure the area accurately, so that you don’t get charged extra for any extra meterage and so that the quote is accurate.

Once he has measured using our meter wheel, he will show you the design and patterns of the driveway or patio of your choice.
