  Our experience of Andrew and his workers was very poor. We were quoted to fix the concrete, new flashing, some pointing and siliconing for £3,500. He said it would be 2 day with 2 people on the job rather than the one person working half days that we got. Once completed I checked the work I found: Concrete was cracked and already falling off, plants were not pulled out before, repointing was very patchy and some parts not done entirely, flashing was incomplete and not properly folded onto the tiles, full silicone was left at the property and was not even attempted, gutters left fully clogged.

  Proactively responded to my job request to fix a leak in the roof. The leak has stopped. The initial budget had to increase as more issues identified. Cannot comment on price as no alternative quotes sought but Andrew assured it me the job was priced competitively. Workmanship guarantee received. Good communication by phone. Still some paining work that needs to be completed and Andrew is to look what can be done about it during the week starting 7 April.

• Fantastic flat roof repair!

  I'd give Andrew and his team a 10/10 recommendation. They came out to quote within a few days and had the entire job finished in under a week. They replaced a flat roof, reinforced the beams, strengthened the boarding and laid down new flooring. Very happy customer.

  North London Roofing were very prompt and professional and did an excellent job in the time and budget promised. They successful sirted out a leaky roof during a very wet December. North London Roofing worked really fast in the week just Christmas and this was a big relief before the holiday period. I would certainly recommend them.

• Flat balcony roof

  Competitively priced. We did have a couple of problems ( roof not waterproofed overnight and downpour into our bedroom), very apologetic and came early on Saturday morning to cover. Some disagreement over the type of ply to be used, but accommodating to my request for higher grade product. Delay of one day due to a last minute emergency elsewhere but once the workers are there they work long days and do the job well. Polite and tidy. Happy overall so thank you Andrew!
