Meet the Team:

Sean Banks - I’m the proud Owner of the company and Senior Technician. I have been working in pest control for over 8 years and have significant experience in dealing with every common pest. I am proud to say I achieved the rare feat of achieving a Distinction in my BPCA/RSPH Level 2 making me one of the best qualified Pest Controllers around. 

Having any sort of pest issue can be incredibly stressful due to the multitude of risks they pose to people and businesses. Pests can easily damage property and reputation, spread bacteria and disease or simply cause distress.

I have enjoyed a career in the Fire and Rescue Service for over 18 years, holding the rank of Crew Commander. I have always loved helping people in often difficult situations and thats why I now enjoy pest control so much. It’s very rewarding to be able to continue to help people and have a positive impact on their lives and public health. I’m passionate about customer service and committed to ensuring we consistently deliver the best pest control service we can to every one of our customers.

I am lucky enough to have a lovely partner and three beautiful children that consume most of my free time. I enjoy a variety of training to keep fit and when I get a spare few moments I love climbing.

Mark Hulland - I started working as a pest control service technician almost 8 years ago, since then I have gained lots of experience particularly with rodent issues and a variety of insect problems. I specialise in complex rat problems including drainage interventions and rodent proofing for rats and mice. I really enjoy solving rodent related problems with the use of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) to get the best outcome with longer-term objectives. I regularly will work with 3rd party drainage specialists to identify and repair drainage systems when rats have gained access into structures from defective pipework.

Prior to working as a pest controller, I worked for 15 years in the building industry where I gained experience in a variety of trades. I find these practical skills really help when working as a pest controller. I am happily married to my first love. We have a busy house with 2 dogs and 2 cats that run us ragged. In my spare time I enjoy football and spending time with family and friends.

Alison Bore - Joining Pestforce is my greatest achievement so far in my Pest Control career. I have been a Pest Control Technician for almost three years now and for the last two years I have run my own business based in Kent. Pest Control is both challenging and exciting. I love that every day is different and it seems that even after three years in the business there are still things for me to learn. 

Insects fascinate me! I love Bees and am a great advocate of saving them whenever possible!! However I do enjoy a good Bed Bug job!! I have always been successful at the eradication of Bed Bugs and my approach to dealing with these tricky bugs is to be thorough and methodical whilst helping clients to understand the importance of their role in the ultimate success of their demise!! 

Previously to Pest Control Management, I was a Primary School Teacher so you could say a swapped one set of ‘pests’ for another !! Outside of work, I have two teenage girls, my partner of two years and two cats (who are always hungry), so life is generally pretty hectic . . .

Gary Dunn - I have been Pest Control Technician for 4 years now, previously working for two larger service providers where I gained extensive experience in most elements of pest control.
