    Phoned peter at PGM plumbing and heating about a leak under our utility room sink to which peter came out on the same day and fixed the leak. Found peter to be genuine and honest (only did the work that was necessary). Only paid for the work that was done and no hidden charges Wouldn't hesitate to recommend PGM to family and friends.

    Peter quoted us on another visit for a boiler service. Provided him the make and model and he knowledgeably stated we would need a specific part replaced due to its age. Peter was spot on, and showed me the removed part partway through the service. If it hadn't been replaced we could have ended up needing a new boiler completely. Fantastic, honest work as always. Will happily have Peter back again in future, thanks.
