  It has been a great experience having Phantom Joinery complete work on my period cottage, they were courteous and nothing was to much trouble. They provided solutions to a sliding door and fitted doors to wonky walls/uneven floors which was a challenge. They explained everything they were going too do, and fitted round my family commitments. I cannot recommend them enough, I will be having them back to complete other work.

  Made an appointment to visit/quote. They didn't turn up. They didn't answer messages left on facebook/text/whatsapp. They didnt answer calls via phone/whatsapp. They didn't return call from voicemail. Wasted a day. Time becomes precious as you get older. They have shown no respect for my time/life.
