• A small Orangery extension added on to my lounge/diner

  From groundworks to the finishing touches the different tradesmen carried out the work in an orderly, respectful manner and were pleasant and courteous. I was kept informed about progress and when each stage of the extension would be completed. The build was unfortunately hampered by bad weather and also having to wait for delivery of materials etc,. but it was well worth the wait. I am delighted with the results particularly the really high quality of the windows and workmanship throughout. I am more than happy to recommend Poole Joinery.

  Poole Joinery products are high class, well designed and very good quality. I am very pleased with all the work they have done for me and in fact are still doing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting windows replaced or new outside doors.

• Repair to sliding door fitted by Poole Joinery

  I had a siding door fitted with a new set of wheels in 2022. I chose this company because they fitted the original door and because they promised a ten year guarantee . In November 2023 I contacted them to say that the door had broken. An engineer attended, did a 'temporary fix' but when contacted to get a return date, I was told that we had obviously broken the door. No follow up, no contact despite emailing. VERY poor service. Will not use again.
