  Had a great experience with this company. Had new facials and gutting installed and had my ridge tiles relaid and cemented . Would definitely use this company again if needed in future

  Good communication at all times. Work carried out as requested. Scaffolding put in place and work performed efficiently. Debris and mess from the work tidied up and removed. Many thanks

• Replacing roof felt with new and then replacing tiles, mostly with existing

  Only time will tell if the job is satisfactory. After 3 months no rain has yet penetrated. My problem is they were quite aggressive about getting paid on the day the job was finished. This was because I was asking for proof of insurance to cover the 15 year guarantee. They said this should be with me within a week. Despite several requests this still hasn't arrived. Last time I phoned they had apparently forgotten about it. They would follow up with the broker, as they said they had done previously. Still no answwer from Premier Roofing.
