Excellent service. Urgently needed a replacement tank and system installing for a house sale, Premiertech promptly came out to see the site and quote and an installation date booked for just 3 weeks later. Extremely efficient, the site was tidied every day before leaving and left tidy on completion. No issues at all, any queries were quickly resolved and hand over was clear and prompt. Phil, Chris and Dan in particular were extremely helpful and the whole team very professional and friendly. Premier Tech identified several problems with the installation of the original water treatment system put in by a different contractor. Premier Tech rectified these and proposed the installation of a drainage mound as the discharge drainage pipe was completely blocked and had collapsed. All work was carried out to a very high standard by experienced and knowledgeable engineers. The area sales manager visited site a number of times to assist with deciding on the most appropriate package treatment plant and control system. The equipment arrived within a few days of being ordered and was all correct. The customer service from Premier Tech has been excellent. The servicing of our system was carried out by an engineer named Tom. He was friendly, professional and very patient as he explained what we are doing right and wrong with our tank.
