They needed more time to do the work and Prime Time did not charge a penny more because their priority was to deliver the install with a level of standard - whikst ensuring pipes were not visable, and placed where I wanted them. I got an excellent service around from Jamie in sales, through to booking the install. Cant fault in any way and far more competitive quotes. Higjly recommend.
