    Old HW tank sprung a leak. The Prof. Was super helpful and efficient from the start. Advised how to stop the leak, and drain, as I was able to do it. Ordered new tank and fitted the next day. Found and corrected error in old pipework. Really generous with advice (whole system was not working great) and confirmed parts that needed replacement or fix and which dont. Later replaced pump and did a load of clearing out the radiators, getting them all working properly. Its like having a new heating system! Open and clear about costs and what is actually needed and what is not.
