    Wrong polycarb roofing put on. Agreed to replace but no longer communicates. The quality of all the workmanship necessary for the new polycarb roof was terrible. Would guess it was the first polycarb roof they had ever done. Never should have taken the job.

    Very cheery person but after an initial visit by his colleague there was no communication. I rang and asked about it and was told they didn't really know what I'd wanted, but I'd explained in a long enough text. I suppose this was poor communication with his colleague. I missed an arranged call, my fault, but arranged another, rang again and left a message - no response. Rang again and was promised a call back, sent an email about some additional work - no call. I suppose the jobs were too small but wish people would just say, rather than leave me waiting and wondering. "Too busy" would do.
