    This is the second time that we have used the services of PTC . The first being for having a full gutter and fascia clean . More recently PTC were again our first choice when we had a leaking gutter joint . On both occasions we simply could not find fault with the service provided by Tom and his team . In a climate where there are many rogue tradesmen in this sector , it is good to know that there are still companies like PTC who stand out for all the RIGHT reasons ~ Professional , take pride in their work , friendly and giving honest advice when needed to customers like me.

    Communicated via email with Tom, I sent some pics of the guttering and he sent me an official quote to clean gutters, down pipes and give a health check. On the day Brad text to say he was 30 mins away, which was great. Once Brad arrived, he explained what he would do, how he would do it and that he’d take pics. It was pouring down but he cleaned all the gutters and explained what issues he’d found (I already knew there was issues prior to contacting PTC). Just a few brackets and an end piece, which they are quoting for. Highly recommend, great team, friendly and reliable.

    We had moved into an Oast House and contacted Pro Team to undertake a conservatory clean (as it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time) plus the house windows. It was a particularly bad day weatherwise btu the guys worked through and did a fantastic job of making the conservatory look at its best. We were really pleased with the work and the attitude, work ethic and friendliness of the team
