• Fitted shower and waste pipes

  Went out of he’s way to remove an extremely difficult bath panel to fit the shower. What should have been a fairy quick job took a lot longer due to the bath panel removal, this was no issue and he was happy to do it. He also cleaned the waste pipes. Went above and beyond. Quality work done, friendly and polite. Will 100% use again

• Leak

  Engineer who attended was very professional. He explained clearly what he was doing and was able to locate the blockage. We had two other companies attend and they was both unable to clear the blockage but pet attended and cleared it straightaway. He took the time to photograph all the works and included them in the report. Would highly recommend this company.

• Blocked drain/repaired pipe

  I had a blocked drain which was causing internal flooding to my downstairs toilet I called PU Drainage as my friend recommended him, so I give them a call and he come out a few hours after I called the job in. Petrit (the engineers name) come out cleared the blockage and found an issue with the pipe and spend time to explain to me how he cleared and what the cause of the issue was. Petrit was very polite, very respectful and was very presentable. He will be reattending to fix the pipe and would definitely recommend him to anyone reasonable prices and very trustworthy.
