    Avoid Hiring Contractor - Severe Professional Negligence Contracted Adam for property renovations including plastering and radiator replacement. The plastered room was left in worse condition, requiring complete clean-up and rework, and 1 radiator installed was left with unsafe, loose floorboards. Adam ceased communication and failed to rectify issues. Left all waste and debris in the driveway and clogged plumbing (sink/bath). Cannot recommend due to poor quality and professionalism. He said the job was bad due to underquoting, that’s not a reasonable excuse. We could have agreed higher quote
