Asbestos survey on property purchase

When you hear “Asbestos” you tend to think the worst, but Phil put my mind at ease, provided a very detailed report and has provided a point of contact for any future asbestos management related work. I’m pleased to say thanks to the report and his explanation, I did end up purchasing the property.

After I had enquired via Checkatrade, Phil was quick to register his interest and called me the next day. He was friendly, informative, reassuring and offered me a highly competitive quote vs the other companies I had received replies from. Upon arrival Phil explained everything to me in advance, was quick to get the two samples required, was a really nice guy and offered me lots of other useful advice too. Samples came back negative so this was great news and puts me at ease. Would highly recommend Phil!

Phil from RBM services rang me the same day, subsequently booked a visit to take 4 samples the following day. Phil was easy to communicate, always responded to message promptly, price were very reasonable and payment only required once certificate arrived. Luckily it came back negative. Would not hesitate to recommend Phil or use his service in future.
