  The Redstar Roofing team came on time and on assessment were able to do the work that day. They gave us a price we agreed and they plugged the gaps in our 2 dormers. Whilst up there they took a video of our chimney stack. The cement work was crumbling on top around the pits and in the brickwork. We agreed on a price to complete this work also, which is now completed. They were pleasant informative and kept us up to date with photos of what they were doing.

  They worked very hard and always gave an update at the start and finish of the day. They were friendly and approachable. Our green tiles were no longer available but they managed to replace broken ones so that the non matching alternatives were hidden by the dormer roof. I have not received a written guarantee yet and its been 28 days, they tell me it is at the printers. If I do get one I would be happy to recommend the contractors in the future.
