• Repairs to chimney and roof.

  Very impressed with RM Roofing & Building Services Ltd. Richard and Jack came out quickly to look at a couple of roof-related problems we were having. Were extremely thorough in their assessment of what might need doing, spent a lot of time investigating one issue in particular and gave us the options without any hard sell. Booked us in promptly for some repairs to our chimney (and fixed a couple of issues with our roof that they spotted while they were up there). Nice guys and very knowledgable. Have already recommended to neighbours, and will definitely use again.

• Relaying two patio areas

  Richard and his team, Jack, Sam and Tim, removed two very tired patio areas, leveling the areas, sorting drainage issues, building curved brick feature wall and rebuilding steps. Porcelain slabs were then laid and grouted. The transformation is amazing. Richard has a great eye for garden design and obviously enjoys his work. I thoroughly recommend R&M Builders. They are a great team in all aspects, hard working, very polite, good communication and super tidy.

• Fixing the fascia and guttering on our roof, replacing a section of tiles

  RM Roofing did a great job of fixing our guttering and replacing the fascia board and some tiles. They identified the problem and explained it clearly, and were quick to get back to us with a quote and a date for the work, which they stuck to even though the weather was pretty grim. They were very polite and tidy. It turned out that some more work needed to be done (not a surprise as the roof was in a bad state) and so we have asked them to come back again to do this for us. They were recommended to us by our neighbours, and we would also recommend them highly.

• Re-roofing our extention

  We had an extension built 4 years ago. The roof was constructed badly and was leaking. We called in RM roofing to undertake the remedial work. They cooperated fully with our surveyor to gather evidence of the poor construction taking numerous images for us. They then completed the remedial work which was in effect a re-roofing with some complex gully construction. Their work was excellent. I inspect both before and after and I was impressed with the standard of the their work. They kept me informed as the work progressed were friendly and supportive. I have already recommended to friends.

  I was most happy with the work they did for me. Very tidy and polite team. They carries out the work in a professional manner and I would use them again for sure. After having quote of cow boys these guys know there stuff and did an amazing job at a fair price. I did get cheaper quotes but I would not trust the other Copanys. I am more than happy to recommend RM Roofing.

  Richard and his team came to install a new porcelain patio for me. He was always on time and made sure the site was left tidy every evening. I would highly recommend Richard and his team to all my friends who need building works done. I've already got him booked in for the next project in my garden.
