  I had thought that my problem was too small and complex to be of interest for any company to deal with and had been having a bit of trouble finding anyone to do it, but James gave me advice and listened to what I wanted. The guys that he sent to do the job were polite and professional and the issue was fixed at a reasonable price.

  The company arrived promptly and carried out the required work to a high standard. The staff were friendly, and kept me informed throughout. I was shown various pictures as the job progressed. They took measures to keep the house clean as they passed through. They even offered to clean the gutters as a bonus. Overall I am very pleased.
