  RSV emergency plumber called the day I posted my job on checkatrade and replaced all the working parts in the toilet cistern and repaired a number of leaks. The man himself was a very friendly character and did an excelent job. I would thoroughly recommend RSV plumbers

  I am very unhappy with Charlie from RSV. He has not fixed the leak from my toilet. But the most despicable part is his attitude - he has constantly undermined me when I have I have called back to explain there is still a leak, he has tried to gaslight me into saying there isn’t a leak when there clearly is one. He came once with a timer in his phone and had only given me 5 minutes to prove there was a leak. On the phone he has ‘asked me to use my brain’ implying I am stupid and incapable of understanding what a leak is. I am very unhappy.
