• Supporting wall removed

  We had a supporting wall removed and RSJ fitted to create an archway between rooms, and a doorway blocked up. We also had damaged bricks high on an outside wall replaced. Sam kept us informed throughout and he and his team have done a fantastic job. They were friendly, hard-working and professional. We are delighted with the results and would highly recommend them. We will definitely be using them again. Thank you Sam.

• Loft boarded out and skylights

  Sam's courtesy and communications throughout, from setting up the initial meeting to quote to keeping us updated and making sure we were happy, was first class. Sam and his team did a great job of boarding out our loft, moving the loft hatch, installing two skylights, adding power and lighting to our loft. Professional and a pleasure to have around, would definitely recommend.

• Retaining wall

  Sam and his team built a new retaining wall to replace an aging one that had started to lean. San was extremely helpful throughout the build and accommodated changes to the design along the way. The team worked hard and arrived promptly every day, even using a very rainy day to clear rubble when it was too wet to lay any blocks! I can't recommend him highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use him again for other works when needed.

• Removal of an internal supporting wall.

  Sam and his team did a great job with the removal of a an internal supporting wall requiring a sizeable RSJ given the age of the property and all that it needed to support. In addition to doing a great job, we found Sam and his team very pleasant throughout the whole process. Even the surprise of finding an old bread oven which required additional work was no problem to them. Sam worked well with the Buildings Regulator resulting in no issues when being signed off.

  Sam responded quickly and came to price the job as agreed. He was very professional and knowledgeable and sent the quote quickly. He liaised with my neighbour to gain access and completed the job efficiently and as promised in the timeframe agreed. The job was a very high standard and the site was left clean and tidy. He checked that I was happy with the work before sending the invoice which was exactly as quoted.
