  Scott attended the next day after our gas supply was capped off due to a leak by sgn . He was prompt , polite and the service was outstanding, our heating was back up and running the next day . I would highly recommend this company and have always used them .

• Noisy boiler and losing pressure

  My combi boiler was noisy and losing pressure, Scott diagnosed the 2 separate problems and explained to me exactly what potential issues were. He solved the pressure problem immediately as condensation had built up in the expansion tank and made a return visit to replace a faulty fan that was the cause of the noise. Prompt and courteous I'm really pleased with the service and it was easy to book an appointment.

• Poor customer service and unreliable

  Had an appointment booked weeks ago but no one turned up. I called them twice no answer so left messages but never had call back. Also emailed but had no reply. Would definitely not use this company as not reliable from the outset, very bad first impressions.

• Unblock a Boiler condense pipe

  4 visits to unblock a condense pipe, 1st visit was time-wasted and they left the boiler without electricity, 2nd visit they fixed the electricity fault they had caused, left but had turned off the gas to the boiler such that it didn’t work, 3rd visit they turned the gas back and left and only finally addressed blockage issue on a 4th visit which they fixed with no parts needed and in half an hr. I was charged for the 1st visit £96.00 which I paid, after their 4th visit, they raised an additional invoice for £153,60 which is unacceptable, the blockage should have been solved on the 1st visit.

• New Gas Boiler

  Called on Scott to help us sort out our underperforming heating. He immediately detected our old boiler needed replacing. We'd previously had contradictory advice, but clear they were highly experienced heating engineers. Quoted quickly for supply/fit new boiler plus power flushing. Job done in a very professional manner and with a smile. On time, on budget and nothing too much trouble. We were totally amazed at the difference it’s made. Definitely the right choice and would certainly recommend SB Heating Solutions.
