• Leaking roof tiles.

  The work was very shoddy indeed. While they were here, they supposedly found further issues with the roof that considerably raised the original price agreed. Trusting this to be the case, we agreed. The next day, we discovered rain was pouring in through the roof into our attic that hadn't been happening before, drenching our belongings. An examination of the roof revealed they had actually broken tiles up there while they carried out other work. It was worse than when they started. I demanded they came back, which they did, reluctantly.

  I first contacted mark when I noticed my corner guttering had come loose. He came over and fixed the issue without any problem. I asked if he could replace the guttering on the rear of the house, he said that would be no problem and quoted me a very fair price. On the day, two of Marks colleagues came over to start the work . I felt really comfortable asking questions on what they were doing and how long it would take. Mark came out later to ask if everything was ok and told me what had been done and asked if I was happy. I have to say they did a great job and I would recommend them if asked.
