Mould repair

10Verified ReviewOne word, excellent. Having found damp and mould due to a leak in a cupboard I called Matt and his team and they were with me within the hour. The source of a leak was found to be coming from a leaking immersion tank. The tank was replaced within 2 days, all walls were washed down and painted and left as new.

The source of the leak was found to be the immersion heater which was sourced and replaced within 2 days. All mould was washed down and walls painted.

We had some pretty tight timeless to get all the works completed which included damp proofing all of down stairs, changing some guttering and then plastering and making good. We paid a reasonable price for great quality work, and they were flexible around other trades and quick to get in when we needed them. Very grateful and would highly recommend them.

10Verified ReviewI noticed some water staining on the ceiling of the walk-in wardrobe which likely stemmed from an overflowing downpipe 3 years ago. Southern Preservation were able to come out very quickly after first contact for a free survey. They reassured me the area was not damp and advised to paint with stain blocker. Fantastic service.
