  • Used to tow my car from Wembley to Wolverhampton

    Despite the phone number from where I got a call was reported to be a spam number in google search, I trusted and engaged his company. Within 30minutes, the recovery truck came to my house and immediately (Mr. Neil) loaded my vehile and set-off to Wolverhampton and reached the destination promptly. They didnt even insisted for upfront payment and I made payment to them promptly. So far so good. But later that day I received a photo from the Garage showing a noticable dent in the front bumper and when I sent the message to the Spencer Recovery Representative, there has been no response so far.

    Shaun sold a vehicle which turned out, within days, to be unsafe (RAC report). Had no understanding of rights under Consumer Rights Act 2015 and took much argument before vehicle collected. To date has still not refunded full amount, despite promises, both oral and in writing, that it would be refunded. Offered 'hug' instead of £200. As for 'Tash', we have no idea why this person thinks they know about the law but reading and quoting the actual legislation would be more professional than the frankly bizarre emails they sent us.
