• Enhancement of front and rear gardensit

  It really pains me to do this but I have to be honest. Joey and Robbie are two really nice guys and hard workers. They undertook to resin our front and rear gardens. I checked with them at the onset of the job if they were capable of doing the jobs. Robbie replied no problem. The resin they have put down is truly awful. The back garden is so rough it would cut your feet to ribbons. The front garden after 2 weeks has started to disintegrate. I have tried contacting them but they have blocked me. No response at all .It's costing me £5k to get the work put right. AVOID THESE TWO.

• Demolition and laying of concrete slab for garden room

  We hired S.Y.S. Property Enhancement to demolish outbuildings, install pipework, and pour a concrete slab for a garden room. Although Rob was helpful and flexible with scheduling, issues arose. They accidentally demolished part of a boundary wall, despite agreeing to leave it intact. The concrete slab was incorrectly sized and not square, with one diagonal 30cm longer than the other. They attempted to fix it, but instead of using rebar as agreed, they used wood screws, with no proper base materials. Their defense was their experience, but we are left with a flawed slab and cannot recommend the
