  Mike knew what he was looking at with my mains pressure hotwater tank, he diagnosed a fault which was causing noisy pipes, replaced a part and gave me some good advice concerning my bathroom. I've used Town and County many times in a couple of properties now and highly recommend their services.

• Bathroom Refurbishment

  Town and County (TCDL) did a wonderful job on our bathroom refurbishment, re-designing what we originally had planned to make a larger shower area, built in lighted alcoves and full tiling. We had an issue with our mains pressure unvented hot water cylinder but that was also fixed promptly. The job slightly over ran due to design changes but we are very pleased with the result and will definitely have then back for our kitchen and possibly a new ensuite if we've enough money this year!

• Replacement unvented hotwater system

  Mike came over to complete the original assessment of what was required, he was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. He supplied costs for the work and was very efficient. He was quite clear that he does not cut corners which is good to know! The cylinder was not a straight forward replacement and other repairs were required but we are very happy with the work carried out and have used them again for other work.

  3 bathrooms and downstairs WC/Utility remove existing units, tiles, sinks and taps. Install new furniture, sinks, taps and retile to make good. Mike's deep experience and skillset was evident in the way he resolved issues discovered, consulting with us along the way. His electrician also did a great job. He is an extremely competent fitter, working methodically and tidily. We would thoroughly recommend him.
