    William installed a dry verge following which we agreed a price and time for a dry ridge. William failed to show claiming an MOT issue, we agreed a new date. Another no-show, apparently enroute he got a flat tyre..hmm, that really is from the ‘dog ate my homework’ school of excuses.  I haven’t heard from him since. Such farcical excuses / lies question an individual’s integrity and honesty, can William be trusted to fulfil a promised guarantee? Maybe that’s the reason for his silence, I guess I will never know.
