  Gareth was polite and courteous throughout. Bit of miscommunication meant that I had to ring/contact Gareth a couple of times to find out if they were coming to do the repairs and establish when they were coming as I hadn't heard back. When his team came, they were friendly, courteous, professional and tidy. We weren't completely sure that the finished work with replaced tiles on our roof were sitting correctly but his team explained that was due to them being re-claimed tiles. Overall, we were very happy with Wrekin Roofing and would recommend them to anyone.

  Excellent work all carried out in timely fashion and friendly spirit. Old fibre glass roofing material and damp wood boarding removed. New boards installed and new rubber roofing material installed, flashings proper channelled into existing building. Everything tidied away afterwards. The whole thing took just 2 days. Brilliant.

  Really interested to read many good reviews about Wrekin Roofing, I wish my experience had been as good. Gareth, very pleasant to speak to, provided a quote quickly, but then was not reliable on 3 occasions. Always embarrassing (for the tradesperson) when they don't return calls from your number, obvious they're avoiding you, but answer if you ring from another number. Insist the weather is not suitable, when it was, rearrange with you promising 100% they will turn up, then don't. My guess, a bigger job was offered, for more money. Way better to just be honest and refuse the job.
