Repaired a complicated light switch problem
Good work - they soon identified and fixed the fault

We asked for a quote for rewiring, someone was supposed to come on the date specified but didn’t turn up, wasted a day waiting no call or anything, they called a few days later said someone would call us the following week which never happened, we phoned them and made another appointment and still they didn’t turn up .Total waste of our day again.Not happy.

Arrived on time and completed the job quickly. The light switch I had turned out not to be suitable so they provided a standard one. Both courteous.

Misrepresentation
This company claims Fast 24hr able to assist from emergency repairs etc etc. I needed a replacement part for a shower power switch and was quoted a price, I asked about their quote of discount for oap’s and again was given a price but was then told that they had no-one available for the foreseeable future. So much for the 24hr fast service!!!

Main light replaced, getting bathroom extractor fan working

Electrical problem with light fitting causing the cut out to cut off the lighting circuit and a switch which would not operate mechanically which was the switch which controlled the aforementioned light fitting
The electrician sent by this company was excellent and he did a very good job. My complaint about this company is that when I rang them they asked me what the problem was and gave a price of about £85 plus vat and any parts that were needed. The parts came to about £40. I did not mention to them the problem about the light fitting because I did not know there was a problem with it. The electrician collected a new light fitting and fitted it within 30 minutes. The final bill was £245.24. I can not understand why this is such a large increase on the original sum quoted.

When the booking was made, customer was quoted £85.00 + VAT per half hour, plus materials subject to site survey. The engineer was at the property between 16:00 and 17:30 (20 mins off-site so we have not charged for 30 mins) Price charged as quoted for 1 Hour on site equaling to £170.00, Materials were £34.37 giving a net price of £204.37 plus [email protected]% giving a total of £245.24.

Replaced my bathroom lights with new GU 10 Led lights did a great job would have no problem using them again
