    Fast response to call

    This is a call centre, not a local business, trading as Able Group. It acts as an agent to get local businesses to bid for work. Which is fine, as I had contacted several other electricians on this site, and by their own websites and nobody called me back. Answering the phone is good. Work was done same day, resolved the issue. Quite expensive, but it was an emergency.

    Prompt - efficient - friendly

    The operative turned up within the agreed timeframe having previously called to tell me he was 15 minutes away. He was friendly and helpful and diagnosed and solved the problem pretty quickly. I was delighted with the overall experience.

    Replacement of double light switch.

    Easy to arrange booking engineer arrived within the given timescale and quickly and efficiently resolved the technical difficulty. Would recommend.

    Fast & Great Service

    Great Service, was able to come out same day and fix an issue we had at our business premises, which meant we were able to get back to work quickly. Would recommend.

    Helped when needed

    They responded on a Sunday afternoon after I was let down by another contractor. The emergency service is expensive but all rates were laid out in advance. The electrician who attended was knowledgeable and carried out the work quickly and efficiently without any attempt to extend the job.
