The company was honest, thorough and kept to their word. They were upfront about costs, and when they said they'd call within 10 mins they actually did. The plumber showed up when they said he would. The plumber was lovely, considerate, quick and courteous. Overall 777 helped me when I was overwhelmed and in a bind. They didn't try and rip me off or seek further work but actually advised me as to the best next steps for me and my budget. Super thrilled with their service!

Excellent service all round.  Dan, a lovely plumber, came when we were told and assessed the job, advised us to get a new tap of our choosing and agreed to return and fit it. No charge for this visit! Returned as agreed and replaced the tap in about 30 minutes - was very cheerful, tidy, helpful - and exceptionally good value.

Excellent job installing new heated towel rails. Also, removed an unwanted sink. The engineer, Gary, was always polite and courteous, ensuring we were happy with the work carried out. As always, easy to book a convenient appointment for the annual boiler service.  Programmer went wrong just prior to visit and we informed Engineer during visit, he confirmed that Programmer was faulty and arranged timely replacement.  We've used John Williams Heating Services for over 10 years, including major boiler renewal work and always receive the best possible service.  Seen the company grow in that time, standard of service remains high, and we've no plans on using anyone else in the future.

I cannot recommend Chris any higher.  He was prompt in coming to my house and immediately diagnosed the two issues I had.  He was always on time and his charge for the work very reasonable.

Had a minor leak on a water heater.  Chris responded and arrived promptly.  Did the job with no messing around, also fitted a tap for me, tidied up and left.  Charged a reasonable rate for a good job.  I've kept his number and I'll just call him next time.

I needed urgent assistance with a bathroom tap we couldn't turn off.  I contacted Chris, he came the same day and was able to sort the immediate problem out.  He then came back to replace the taps.  I am happy to recommend Chris, he was very helpful and dealt with things in a professional manner.
