I'm absolutely blown away but how brilliant Martin is extremely polite very professional.

Martin promptly got in touch, came out, inspected the job and told me what was needed. He then sent me a quote including all the details. He arrived to the job on time and got on with it efficiently. He had to stay a bit longer than he thought to iron out an unexpected niggle (which turned out to be my Virginmedia router interfering with the aerial signal but was ok once it was moved.) He was friendly, polite and efficient. He was definitely the most professional of the tradesmen I contacted. I would definitely recommend him.

John (Snape), Arco chosen as local responder to a burglar alarm issue, help sought 18th Jan.  His initial call was within a few days - fine as no urgency.  He offered 2 potential solutions, 1) a new system given the age of our current one; or 2) site visit to investigate.  Edging towards the new but before pursuing that managed to fix the (reset) issue on the current one ourselves negating need for any new.  Nevertheless asked John to call and service the alarm for insurance purposes.  Very friendly and knowledgeable chap, arrived very early - fortunately was ready.  Happy to recommend and use again.

Really fantastic service, came out to sort a "chirping" alarm really quickly and got it sorted just as quickly.  Really happy with the service, John was very knowledgeable and professional.   Would definitely recommend.  (He does like milk in his coffee so make sure you have some for when he shows up!!)

Alarm beeping

The work was carried out by the installer, moving one siren from one position to another.  The siren was being replaced by a new unit, as the old unit was failing.  This unit was at the rear of my house.  The unit at the front was to be replaced by a new unit as this had failed.  Unfortunately, the cover was fitted slightly awry, necessitating a return to correct the situation.  This was done with grace and good humour within half an hour of the request being made.  I was also given an approximate quote for other work, which I will consider next year.  I recommend this company for the work I had done

I've had to rate this company a 5 for workmanship because I needed to call them back twice in the first week or so after they fitted the alarm.  This was to reposition two of the sensors and then to refix all the sensors because two of them fell off the wall.  I feel that if communication had been better in the first instance - i.E.  Checking with me where I wanted the sensors fitting and then explaining the option of screwing instead of sticking them to the wall - then these problems could have been avoided.
