Took a bit longer to complete the job than planned, but otherwise a remarkably painless replacement and we are very pleased with the result. The conservatory is 20 years old and we thought it was going to be unusable but instead it’s a light and useful room. The white ceiling means the inner room is not too dark; something I had been a bit concerned about. So far it hasn’t rained, that will be the final test.

Following a full and useful discussion with the sales representative we decided the type of accomodation and  style we required and have now got what we wanted.

The team who built it were generally very friendly and willingly discuss any points of concern or interest. They all worked to a very high standard and although we did have a couple of minor issues these were sorted out and we now have a finished room which probably exceeds our expectations. 

We would certainly  use this organisation again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to our friends.

Our whole experience with Ecozenic was great. Salesman took his time to explain everything and helped us to understand the product and quoted costs there and then. Surveyor was very friendly and knowledgeable too. The guys that turned up to do the work were heroes, arriving at 915am and leaving at 8pm to get the job done in a day (bad weather had cancelled the job previously). They were super friendly, did a great job and left everything really clean. We even had a power cut for quite a few hours, but this didn't phase them as they'd come prepared with charged power tools!

We had a new front door and side panels by Joe and Reece, top blokes. Unfortunately a piece of glass was broken but it was replaced really quick and they kept in touch with us throughout. Thank you to Sam and Pete in the office who were really helpful.

After receiving quotes from 1 local company that was rude and another that used awful sales tactics it was a breath of fresh air to get an honest and fair quote from Mendip Conservatories.  They have now fitted our windows, removed a wall and fitted a new composite door with windows to fit the gap.  The designer was lovely, the surveyor professional and the window and door fitters neat, friendly and gifted.  I have recommended them to my 73 yr old Mum- as I know they can be trusted.

We were looking at the options of building an Orangery and after witnessing the impressive build by Mendip at our daughters’ house of a large “Sky Room” we requested a quotation for our Orangery.  Kim visited our home, discussed the build options and provided a detailed design and quotation.  We were pleased with the proposal and agreed to go ahead.  The quality of the work from foundations, matching brick structure, window frames, doors, Orangery lantern roof, floor tiling and electrics exceeded expectations.  We've also had a new front door supplied and fitted.  Really pleased with all the work

Frantzesco was very polite, communicative, informative and tidy.  We would happily use him again for any further work on our house.  The job took a bit longer than expected, but he communicated this clearly and still made sure everything was finished to a very high standard.

Frantzesco did a wonderful job on our windows. We felt confident we were in good hands and he took care to update us on progress. We are very happy with the outcome. The secondary glazing is discreet and has made such a difference this winter. Well worth the investment.

The wooden sash windows and exterior sills on the rear of our Grade 2 retail property were in poor condition with flaking paint, rotting wood and joint failures.  Frantzesco repaired and restored everything splicing in new wood where required and filling cracks with resin before decorating with permeable paint.  Six months later everything is still in perfect condition.  We were very pleased with his communication, cleanliness and standard of work.  We would happily use his services again.

Window Restoration

The company renovated 4 sash windows.  The job was difficult because the windows turned out to be in worse condition than originally thought.  But the Frantzesco worked round this and produced a very good result.

Frantzesco communicates well, is friendly, courteous and completes work in a timely manner.   The work involved counter-balancing 4 sash windows, installing new ropes and brass fittings, replacing most of the putty and painting them.  A thorough job, I would definitely recommend Frantzesco.

We cannot rate this company more highly, they are definitely the best company we have dealt with in a very long time!  They did a fantastic job with our new conservatory, they worked tirelessly and clearly took pride in their work giving a high quality finish.  Nothing was too much trouble and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very pleased with the quality of the window and patio door, wow what a difference they make!  The fitters were extremely tidy and courteous throughout.  Old windows etc disposed of by the fitters, which is great and saved us having to get rid of!  We would definitely recommend BP Frames for the quality of their products and staff.  We need to replace a few more windows and will be using again soon :))
