They provided a detailed quote quickly and fitted us in within a couple of weeks from the quote.  They turned up exactly when they said they would and finished the work on schedule to a high standard.  They were very polite and friendly and we will definitely be using them again for future work we are planning!

Splitting Bedroom Into 2 Rooms

We employed Smart Building services and found them to be very relaible.  They made recommendations that involved returning some equipment to suppliers and obtaining better materials to suit the room, this they did on our behalf once we agreed.  We lived 120 miles away whilst this work was being carried out and we were sent photo's by Whatsapp almost daily so we could see how things were progresing.  It is now 14 months since the work was completed and we give this review as the work has proved to be solid and we have had no need to recall them.  We will highly recommend them to anyone.

Shower room gutted and rebuilt

I have been using Smart Building Services since I moved to Kent in 2018 on the recommendation of the previous homeowner.  I have always found the company to be incredibly helpful, and the quality of their work is excellent. Repointing exterior brickwork

Jordan was fantastic, provided great communication and was very courteous.  I'm thrilled with the finished brickwork.  Nobody will ever be able to tell there was a hole.  He went above and beyond by replacing an extra brick where a second, smaller hole had been made when upgrading our plumbing system.  Couldn't be more pleased.

Extension and knock through

I cannot recommend Jordan enough.  He built our extension from start to finish which involved knocking through and fitting a new kitchen.  We love the new living space this has created and this is now a lovely social space for us to entertain friends.  He was polite, tidy and courteous.  We also had him repoint our home and it has really brought the house to life.  The outside now looks immaculate.

I cannot fault George and his team.  Consistently reliable, open and accurate with pricing broken down in detail upfront.  GWM construction seems well connect to a vast ray of trades and resources happy to work for them.  Trades from plastered, carpenters, painter / decorators, electricians, ground workers to technology gurus, all of whom delivered as was planned, and if there was any touch ups or amendments asked of them it was always seen to promptly, and happily.  The professional pride was evident in all they delivered.   Definitely use again and I recommend unreservedly.

House refurbishment

We are so pleased with the work completed by APM Construction.  Andy is so friendly and approachable, nothing was ever too much trouble.  I was a bit worried about having builders in my home but I didn't have to be as everyone has been so nice and helpful.  Very tidy and always on time, if they said they were going to be there they were.  Communication from start to finish was great, I would 100% recommend them and will use them again for future work.

Refurbishment and new doors

We had what felt like a very urgent wobbly wall repair needed.  The service was excellent.  Andy and Laura who I contacted were not only responsive but so understanding with regards to my concerns.  (We have young children next door and I was worried the wall might fall on one of them).  Within a week the work was done to a very high standard.  The team worked through in atrocious weather and remained so pleasant and positive.  We now have a lovely solid wall and the area was left spotlessly tidy.  Would highly recommend.

We had Andy in to do a total bathroom refurbishment for us.  From the get go he was really friendly and approachable.  A few issues out of anyone’s control (existing plumbing) were discovered but Andy kept us informed and worked quickly to get the issue sorted.  Highly recommended Andy and his team, will definitely be using APM again for future projects.
