Martin is hardworking, reliable and polite.  He did some wallpapering in our lounge, panelled our hallway and stairs and painted it.  Will definitely be using him again in the future and will recommend him to family and friends.

We were really pleased with the work carried out by Bob.  He quoted a reasonable price, was punctual, always tidied up at the end of each day, was really helpful, worked very hard and to a high standard.  We would not hesitate to contact Bob again if we needed any other work carried out.

Bob has made an excellent job of the refit of a Kitchen Utility area.  The work involved the removal of existing units and worktop and introduction of new cupboards, worktop and tiling.  The removed elements were prepared for easy disposal and the new units introduced in a timely manner.  Bob was always on time and cleaned up the area each day.  All in all an excellent job undertaken and would thoroughly recommend.

Refit of a Kitchen Utility Room

Bob was so helpful, honest, genuine, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, he understood my vision and carried it out to perfection.  All the little extras, like hiding pipes , height of toilet etc, he did without a problem.  I can honestly say that if we need any more work carried out he will be our first port of call.  A fantastic chap, plus the dogs loved him !

En-suite refurbishment

RS Property Maintenance have completed an excellent job of insulating and dry lining my studio.  The attention to detail was extremely thorough.  They arrived on the appointed day and on time.  They were open to discussions about how the job was completed.  I can not recommend them more highly.

Bob quoted to rip an old kitchen and fit a new one.  He quoted a reasonable price for the work and carried it out to a high standard.  I am really pleased with it.  He worked tirelessly day in day out to get it done.  He was always on time and would leave the kitchen clean and tidy each day when he finished.  I would highly recommend Bob and will be saving his details for future projects.  Bob has left me with a fantastic kitchen fitted to a really high standard.  Thanks again Bob!

Rip out old and refit new kitchen

Bob was absolutely brilliant from day 1.  We had an idea in mind of the style and finish of the bathroom we were after but have been completely blown away by how amazing it looks.  Bob gave some really good suggestions throughout the process and the job has been completed to a very high standard. Shane and the team were fantastic throughout.  Shane managed the project throughout and is incredibly trustworthy as demonstrated by the results and the time taken.  All of the team have a great eye for detail, are open to suggestions and provide suggestions themselves.  A relaxed approach that gave confidence in the end result.  There's always the odd wrinkle or issue that comes up with work like this, but Shane was straight on to resolve.  Would highly recommend for the trust alone, but the craftsmanship is superb too.

Shane and his team, Ben and Jamie did an excellent job in refurbishing our house.  It required a lot of work, putting in new kitchen, bathroom, a lot of plastering and generally making the house up to date and fit for purpose again!  Nothing was too much trouble and any little issues with deliveries and products was dealt with without any fuss.  Shane is always helpful and very obliging and happy to discuss progress and offer ideas.  They are all a pleasure to have around and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Shane to anyone.

Refurbishing a small Victorian house

We required x3 bathrooms to be refitted. Shane and his Team were excellent partners. They were knowledgeable and made great suggestions during the design to help ensure that we were happy with the end product such as relocating the bath. This continued into the fit where they suggested different grout colours and arrangement of tiling. They were patient and understanding when we faced delays with the supplier, always happy to flex and help us to find a solution. Tidy, respectful and great to have around-we’d recommend the Team.
