Arrived promptly as arranged. The door needed realigning and this was done after a very reasonable quote. Everything checked and all keys tested.

A very professional and courteous service.  My Locksmiths Solutions initially undertook to gain access into a locked garage door.  Having gained entry contacted the manufactures of the garage door to source new parts to afford a permanent repair.  Due to the age of the door, this could not be achieved.  The company then provided a series of potential solutions and costings.  This concluded with the installation of a new locking system.  All work completed in a timely and tidy manner.  A very reliable company who I would not hesitate to use again and strongly recommend them.

I used My locksmith Solutions as our back door wouldn’t lock, called them up and was able to fit us in straight away.  The guy was nice, polite and explained everything to me about the work he was going to be doing, he explained and showed me what was wrong.  He got on with the job and kept mess to a minimum clearing up afterwards.  He took the old part away too which was very helpful, will be using the company again when needed.

I contacted TRP Glazing to ask for advice about replacing some very old secondary glazing panels on my original Edwardian windows.  They were very helpful, gave great advice and a quote with no hard sell or pressure to accept.  Being a local company I was keen to use them - they were easy to contact, always replied to messages and emails, and generally very helpful.  The quality of the new units, and the fitting is all to a very high standard.  They look clean, neat, very unobtrusive and don’t detract from the original windows at all.  Very pleased with the product and TRP Glazing.  Will use again.

Replacing secondary glazing units

Existing windows were very old and hinges and seals were failing.  Quick turnaround on quote for replacements.  The two TRP fitters did an excellent job in fitting the new windows, an especially tricky job in view of the age of the house and distortion in the window aperture.  All very beatly fitted and sealed.  Vast improvement.  No draughts, no water seepage, much more convenient operation (choice of tilt and side-hingeing).  Well tidied-up on completion and with no rubbish at all left behind.  Quality job.
