Identifying source of a leak and fixing it

Managed to diagnose the issue based on pictures and experience.  Came prepared with the suspected part and quickly got to work.  This was all sorted outside of usual business hours and everything was back up and running within an hour and a half.  Top service that we will be using again, thanks.

Heating fix

The plumbers gave me helpful advice when I first contacted them with the emergency.  They kept me updated as to when they would arrive.  They very quickly identified the cause of the problem and carried out a repair which fixed the problem.  They then checked to make sure everything worked OK before leaving.  They worked quickly and efficiently which kept the cost of the repair to a minimum.  Well done Westons.

Fixing a faulty water pipe which had caused a flood

This company was recommended to me by a friend and I would highly recommend them too.  I have never known a tradesman to be so responsive.  Joe replied very promptly to all WhatsApp messages and kept us well informed.  The first time we used them we had a problem with the central heating.  I sent photos and the fault was diagnosed and fixed within a few days.  They then returned to carry out the annual gas boiler service.  I have just requested a quote for some electrical work and this was received the same day.  So we will be using them again soon!

Jo and his workmate were very personable and friendly.  They fixed the toilet and tap relatively quickly, clearly explaining the issues and how they were going to fix them.  We appreciated a text from Jo saying they would be a few minutes later than arranged.  Would recommend.

I had two companies quote and chose one that then failed to turn up.  I then recontacted Westons who made a particular effort to fit my job in as quickly as possible.  Pipe work was expertly done and when the water tank ball valve failed due to age, they collected the necessary parts and completed all the work on the day.  Will use again and thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent Job Done

Frank has provided an excellent service.  The toilet fix was relatively simple but even the trip to the local merchant to get the part was speedy.  This led to a series of investigations to find a possible larger source of a leak, where he explained his rationale for what he was looking at and how we could then rule different aspects out.  He has remained in touch as I continue to monitor the external meter, providing an important ongoing service to me.  Highly recommend.

Leak Investigation: Toilet and Incoming Run

Frank did an appreciable job.  He visited twice as the problem wasn’t fixed in first visit and it was completed in second visit with full satisfaction.  He is helpful too as I called him for digital display in Boiler burner.  He directed me to check few points over phone itself.  Problem was solved.  I highly recommend him.

Bathroom seepage

I was contacted by Frank and he gave me a quote very quickly.  He arrived early and my tap was fixed with minimal fuss.  I would definitely use him again.

Fixed a dripping tap

Frank advised us on our options for a new shower, after our old one stopped working as it should. We now have a new thermostatic bath shower mixer, which is significantly better than the electric one it replaced. This is not something we would have even considered had he not highlighted this as an option. 

In addition he fixed a leaking tap in the kitchen, with both jobs being completed to a high standard. Would not hesitate to use again.

Part of the floor of our wet room gave way

I have previously used this company's services for changing over the toilet and sink in our downstairs shower room, and had been happy over the workmanship.  I called the company to do some follow-up work which required the deconstruction of the existing shower cubicle, putting up waterproof boarding before tiling, and then putting up the shower door.  In addition, I had the existing shower duct, re-routed and replaced which meant drilling through the existing brickwork to connect to the extractor fan in our garage.  Again, I cannot fault the workmanship nor diligence of Petru in completing this

Easy booking and good communication on when arriving etc.  Bought the replacement mixer in advance.  Arrived on time.  Worked for 2 hours including extras such as taking off a stubborn bath panel, replacing a bent and faulty cold water hose and other bits until the job was finished.  Excellent value for money and really good skills.  I would recommend Stephen every time and feel confident in the work he does.
