Internal alterations completed, which involved siting new beams within the ceiling void to create a flat ceiling throughout. Here you can see that the external beam has just been fitted onto new galvanised steel columns.

Really lovely and thoughtful team who take huge pride in their work.  They did an excellent job on the roof, very smooth running project, would highly recommend.  Before they even took on our job, they helped patch an emergency leak at no cost to keep us dry until they started!

Build South East certainly ticked the boxes from start to finish.  From the detailed estimate through to the final finishing touches everything was undertaken in a professional and friendly manner.  The boys on site were amazing always willing to go the extra mile to please and help, the pride and passion they had in their work was truly refreshing, they certainly are a credit to the company.   Couldn't be happier with the finished works the attention to detail and the workmanship was to the highest possible standard.  We would certainly have BSE back to undertake future works

We did a kitchen refurb and transforming our garage into a bedroom plus ensuite with Matt. He was the only trader quoting me who was confident with macerator pump and his quote was very detailed. The whole project was very smooth, there was a lot of communication between us and I am very satisfied with the end result. Along the project, Matt had good ideas to make things more practical.He also respected the timeline and him and Ryan were really professional, clean and I felt safe having them around me all day,as a women and around my kid too. Highly recommend for any renovation work

Garage conversion and kitchen refurb

The overall renovation experience with Matt and Ryan was superb from start to finish. The family bathroom was completely refitted including the removal of the bath and a walk-in shower installed. This was not an easy project with a lot of problems arising throughout duration. However, Matt dealt with everything thrown at him in a calm and professional manner. My house was left each day extremely clean and tidy.I would highly recommend these guys, furthermore, I have already booked for my next job.

The job that has been done is fantastic.  Communication with Matt was brilliant from start to finish and he both advised on and accommodated all of my requests (and changes!) throughout the project.  Matt is the tidiest tradesman we have ever had and kept all mess to an absolute minimum and protected and cleared up every day.  Both himself and Ryan are very friendly and hardworking.  The bathroom fitting is absolutely superb and the tiling in the both rooms is top quality.  So very happy and would recommend this business to anyone and everyone.

We hired Matt as he came strongly recommended multiple times, matts attention to detail is second to none and the finish is faultless.  Matt exceeded our expectations on the overall outcome of the job and I cannot recommend him enough.

Bathroom

Very happy with the work done on both our main and en-suite bathrooms.  We were clearly quoted in the pre-production of the work, Matt was happy to scale down the work to fit within our budget and recommend suppliers for the tiles and fittings.  Matt and his assistant were incredibly tidy and punctual.  We felt completely comfortable leaving a set of keys for them to let themselves in on a couple of days whilst we were working.  Would highly recommend to anyone else looking for a bathroom refit.

Outstanding work.  I cannot fault Matt the room has come out 10x better than I thought.  Completely stripped the room out rewired, new radiator, skimmed all the walls.  Designed and built a walk in wardrobe.  New doors fitted.  Fantastic reliable tradesman.  I would highly recommend matt and his team.  I will be using him again in the future.

Gazebo base / Patio Area (4x7m)

I inherited a particularly unloved rear garden area with my new home, that sloped away steeply - aside from being an eye-sore it was unsafe to navigate the pathways from top to bottom.  With machinery access difficult, Tommy and his team manually dug out and reformed the site to create 3 very safe, and useable terraces.  It looks amazing and I'm certain it has immediately increased the value of my home to boot.  Throughout the project they kept me informed of their work plans, the work done was of a very high quality, and the site was kept clean and orderly.  Highly recommend and will use again!

A professional job completed on time.  Very courteous and communicated frequently, especially when plans had to be changed at last minute due to weather.  No complaints at all very happy with the finished product.  Would recommend.

The work Dan did for us has been great, he opened up our chimney breast, bricked up a door and replaced with a window and then boarded our ceiling.  All work has been carried out perfectly.  Dan is hard working and very tidy.  100% recommend!

Dan did a great job for us installing an ACO drain in front of our garage with an associated soak-away.  For years we have had pooling in front of our garage following heavy rain.  This no longer happens - the drain works perfectly.
