I started in the decorating business through a YTS placement in 1986, enabling me to get on an apprenticeship scheme After my apprenticeship with a local firm I decided to go it alone.

M Fyall Design began in 1989. I always wanted to be my own boss and felt disenchanted with the level of quality and finishing in my trade. I started out with one house exterior to paint and it just grew from there.

Present and past customers include Peter Symonds College, Nuffield Hospitals, Winchester Cathedral, numerous lettings and estate agents as well as many private customers.

Ten years ago I employed Doug Woodhouse who has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years. We realised between us our talents and expanded into not only painting and decorating/maintenance but kitchens & bathrooms & any minor building projects.

We use hand picked tradesmen who have been with us in our team for years. We’re members of HCC Buy with Confidence & Dulux select decorators. So this is our view and projection for the future, we want you to be our client and we want to show you what we can do for you!
