Pitched roof repair

I needed the ridge tiles on my roof repaired /replaced as well as upgrading the waterproof membrane under the tiles.  It was all done very efficiently, to a great standard, with no fuss and no mess.

Kept fully informed of progress and shown photos of state of roof timbers etc which weren't visible from the ground.  Care taken to check when scaffolding removed and that we were happy with the work carried out.

Edinburgh Roof Repairs came out extremely quickly after being called, to fix roof and chimney damaged as a result of Storm Isha.  Jeremiah and his team worked quickly and efficiently through still quite stormy conditions so that the repairs were completed and roof secured before Storm Jocelyn arrived.  Returned later to seal off the chimney stack.  Can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them.

Jeremiah and his team have helped me out in the aftermath of one of the recent storms, and have also dealt with one of my flat roofs, so that it is finally watertight and insulated, after a previous bodged job by someone else.   They kept me fully informed all the way through the process, including providing photos of the 'before', 'during' and 'after'.  The team are friendly and efficient, and work really quickly.  They also tidied up after themselves, and even put a tarpaulin down so as to avoid dust etc on my driveway.   I'm incredibly happy with the work, and would recommend them.

Few broken tiles cable end & gaps letting in water. Rare tiles got few from neighbour roofer said use lead if not enough. Thought lead be used to fill out under broken tiles along edge but used over whole tiles didnt look good. Roofer said sourced tiles, could get them & come back at extra cost. Came back out with tiles but wrong ones. I sourced & collected correct roof tiles but ridge tiles not same but similar. They were used, lead replaced & gaps filled. Debris left in gutter cost deducted, some white staining said will wash away. Not rained to test but looks to be fixed & better with tiles

The work carried out by RW roofcare was 1st class. Great bunch of lads who were very approachable. No hidden charges and upfront about costing, installation etc. Kept us upto date during the whole process. The garage has been transformed and looks better than expected. RW Roofcare did a great job with the minimum of fuss and bother.  They explained clearly what the problem was and how they would repair it and provided a reasonable quote. Re-rendering and harling of chimney

Once contacted Jamie reviewed the job and gave a very competitive quote and agreed a date etc.  His team appeared as planned, carried out an extremely professional job, and tidied up afterwards as if they had never been.  Whilst cleaning the roof it was reported that 2 tiles were slightly broken, so they replaced these within the initial price quoted.  Jamie and his team cannot be faulted, and I would recommend them to anyone.
