Renovated my property recently and installed underfloor heating on the ground floor to run in conjunction with a newly installed heat pump..to be honest held off a bit on this review as i needed to get some performance data from the floor laid by Mark and the team at The Berkshire Tile Company. Initially looked at engineered wood flooring but Mark recommended a wood effect porcelain tile... looked absolutely great (so the missus was happy) but the performance has gone beyond and above our expectations, saving us £100's  in the process. Highly recommended.

Top Notch Floor Tiling

We had such a great experience with Mark, Daniel and the team from Berkshire Tiles.  Choosing the bathroom components and tiles we had a really extensive choice, the 3D visualisation drawings were clear and helped us make our decision.  We got a great competitive quote for all the parts and fitting.  The fitting itself was very smooth - it went exactly as planned and finished half a day early.  Mark kept us well up to date with what was going on and the fitting team were very professional.  No corners cut, no quibbles, attention to detail was fantastic and we are delighted with a top rate job!

Complete bathroom refit

It was a tricky job, lots of awkward cuts with large thick porcelain tiles.  The job took longer than we thought but we would rather the fitters took their time than rushed it just to get the job done.  A tile cracked around the toilet, there was absolutely no problem in getting it replaced.  It was important also for my husband and myself that the guys were friendly and worked carefully around our property, that is not always the case when you have work done at your property sadly.

When I called Berkshire tile, I had a maximum budget in mind, however with Daniel’s expert knowledge and guidance we were able to find tiles that complemented the room miles in my budget, the whole process was seamless and Daniel and his team gave me accurate time scales and kept my updated throughout.

The Berkshire Tile Co did a fantastic job refitting my ensuite bathroom.  While the work was ongoing they took precautions to keep the house clean and kept us updated with what was going on, and when things needed to be changed they advised us on the best alternatives but ultimately left it up to us.  At every stage it was clear that they took pride in their work and wanted to do the best job possible, and Mark and Damien were always professional and courteous towards us and our home.  The final result is a beautiful bathroom finished to a high standard that we couldn't be happier with!

Derek did a great job tiling our kitchen over a couple of days. We had problems with the delivery of our tiles and had to change dates with him a couple of times but he was very patient and managed to fit us in very quickly. Competitively priced, informative, punctual and friendly. What more can you ask for? I would highly recommend DGD Ceramics

Derek has completed tiling in a number of rooms for us including 160m2 of natural limestone, a porcelain bathroom floor with underfloor heating,  a challenging vaulted marble shower enclosure, Kitchen wall tiling and a teracotta herringbone floor.
We wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending DGD as the work has always been completed with care and to a high standard with due consideration of our expectations. Cutting corners is not an option.
I was hesitant to write this because if too many people book him we might have difficulty getting him back!

Floor & Wall Tiling

Derek was absolutely brilliant.  Not only did he do the job at a better price than all the other quotes I received, he also did an absolutely perfect job of the whole wetroom and gave me plenty of tips on how to best care for the tiles afterwards as well!  He arrived early every day, was a delight to chat with throughout the job and a wealth of advice and knowledge as well.  I couldn't have asked for a better chap for the task!

Bobby went above and beyond for us from start to finish. We are so happy with our amazing new kitchen and bathroom floors. 

He is very personable, timely and takes great care over his work. Bobby kept us fully informed with the progress of his work and explained to us exactly what he was doing and why. He even noticed that in our other bathroom we didn't have any silicone on the wall of the shower and he was kind enough to sort that out for us.
